Do read the article because what we have here is some quite explicit war crimes committed by the US and UK armed forces. When they say “question the legality” they mean in reference to these acts in particular (plus the British MoD’s evasion in investigation/prosecution of these crimes), but these crimes can be added to a massive list which should question the legality of the entire invasion and ongoing (yes, ongoing, despite what Pappa Obama told you) occupation. But it won’t. Only the “losers” of the war get to be prosecuted for such heinous acts, it seems. Nuremburg is dead, to the victor go the spoils.
