Fight scene from Blood On The Sun
featuring James Cagney and John Halloran (I think).

Sifu says: “This is a tremendous fight scene, fast paced with good martial arts and the crazy thing is it’s from 1945 - 21 years before Bruce Lee did Green Hornet! Check out the pace of the action and realize that Cagney did his own fighting.”

For me the best part is at 0:40 where Cagney whips off his neck tie and rolls his shoulders.
