“ facts: some pulsars spin at a rate of 716 times per second, and since they are as large as Manhattan, standing on the surface would be like traveling 97,000,000 mph. Pulsars slow their spin frequency by 0.3s every million years. Sometimes they speed up in a phenomenon where the crust of the neutron-based star becomes 10,000,000,000 times the strength of steel. we are so simple it’s ridiculous.
